What To Expect
A day to explore the volcanic south of Lanzarote. Visit the national park of Timanfaya, see the geothermic experiments and the luna route drive through the volcanoes. The visitor's center Timanfaya offers a permanent exhibition, an impressive simulation of a volcanic eruption and plenty more to explore all around volcanoes. See how the grapes are grown on the volcanic soil in La Geria + a visit to a wine cellar to taste a local wine. El Golfo is a natural green lagoon on the north-west coast, formed from the oxidation of the rocks.
