What To Expect

Gibraltar – Britain's towering outpost in the Med. This thrilling cable car ride to the top of the 421m summit sees you take in the breathtaking panoramic views of two continents – Europe and Africa. Up on the peak a personal handheld device provides commentary whilst you might also get the chance to spot the mischievous Barbary apes that call the top of the rock home.

What to remember

Important info

Approx 15 min walk from coach park and 10 minutes from town centre. Ticket does not give access to other parts of the Rock such as caves and Tunnels. Tickets for standard queue. Not suitable for wheelchairs. Cable Car will close if there is a lot of wind and for maintenance on certain dates in winter. Audio guides: Passport/ID needed as deposit to use these, info given in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian. Check documentation needed to enter Gibraltar, e.g. if visa is required.
