Where you'll meet
Make sure to reach the meeting point at least 5 minutes before the tour starts. The pick-up point is inside the underground bus station at Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Royal Palace. To find it easily, search for "Calle Bailén 4" or "Puerta del Príncipe" on Google Maps. Even though there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén, this will show the correct location. Look for "Puerta del Príncipe" as a landmark. When facing it, look directly across the street to find the stairs leading underground. Take these stairs down to the bus station. Once inside, follow the Eco Tuk Tuk signage to the exact pick-up spot. If you have mobility problems getting down the stairs to the pick-up point, please contact the provider, so they can help you access the meeting point by elevator.

* In case of customer delay, the activity time will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be cancelled if the delay exceeds 15 minutes, and the amount paid will not be refunded
* The itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour

* The tour will start and end at the same point
