We will visit the corners of the city of Toledo, its narrow streets of the Jewish quarter, the commercial area, craft shops and we will have time to do some shopping, the famous Primate Cathedral, headquarters of the Vatican in Spain.
We cannot miss the mills of La Mancha, your guide will carefully explain how this marvel of engineering works.
Lunch will be in a traditional Manchego restaurant with a tasting of the most characteristic dishes of La Mancha, including the world famous Manchego cheese D.O.P. and the Saffron.
We will visit a very traditional-style winery where wines are made in a very traditional way, just as they have been doing in La Mancha for hundreds of years.
