What To Expect

Choose your closest pickup location from Málaga City. Relax aboard a Premium Bus with air conditioning on our way to the Caminito del Rey day trip. Listen as your guide who speaks German, English, and Spanish, tells you about the surroundings and history. At the beginning of the hike, you will receive a fresh bottle of water. Feel the thrill of walking above the Guadalhorce River from the north access point and make your way for approximately 2 .5 hours at your own pace and have time to take photos of the landscape along the route and admire the beauty of the Gaitanes Gorge. At the end of the hike, you´ll get together with your guide again and the bus will pick you up, enjoy and relax on the way back to your starting point

Not wheelchair accessible. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Most travelers can participate. CLOSED SHOES OR SANDALS WITH A STRAP ON THE BACK ARE MANDATORY. Flip-flops and high heels are not allowed. Walking sticks, drones, and umbrellas are not allowed. Kids younger than 8 years old cannot access Caminito del Rey.. Bring your personal Identification. Kids +8 years must bring their original Identification or Family Book to check their age. Not recommended for travelers afraid of heights, with vertigo or altitude sickness. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers.
