Crossing mountains, we’ll reach a small town of 5,000 inhabitants. Here, we’ll stroll through 100% organic, pesticide-free fields, home to centuries-old vineyards, almond, and olive trees. After a 40-minute walk learning a lot, we’ll drive 5 minutes to a cooperative where grapes and olives are organically processed. Witness the transformation of grapes into wine and olives into oil and snacks, an awe-inspiring experience. The highlight awaits in the hangar, where we´ll enjoy a guided tasting of 5 wines, 3 olive oils, and snack olives, paired with tapas: tortilla, almonds, chorizo, cheese, and more.
