The excursion takes place on a modern catamaran through the area between O Grove, A Toxa, Cambados and the Illa de Arousa, with explanations from the guide about the peculiarities of the estuary.
Boat trip with special mention of the operation of the rafts and the mussel, oyster and scallop cultures. On these floating platforms (troughs) a stop is made to closely observe the cultivation ropes, the possibility of observing the seabed.
To finish off the experience, an abundant tasting of steamed mussels and wine or soft drink is included.
