According to internal regulations of the Reales Alcázares and from October 2022, each traveler must carry their official documentation physically and in hand to access the Palace in order to prove their identity. Only original documents are accepted, no photocopies or pictures If you are not in possession of your ID, you will be denied access to the monument and will not be able to enjoy your activity. Please note, the monument's staff will request the original IDs and Students cards of every single participant of the tour as proof of age and eligibility for discounts. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. The Alcázar is closed on Christmas, Good Friday and 1st & 6th of January..
