Cold dishes:

Acorn-fed Iberico Ham (according to experts, the best in the world) accompanied by cured Manchego cheese.
Salmorejo with garlic croutons.
Crispy toast with duck mousse medallion topped with duck ham.
Hot dishes:
Chickpeas with oxtail.
Cod loin in pil pil sauce, with garlic prawns skewer.
