The chef is Miquel Minguet, tourist guide and sommelier who grows by himself the organic garden around the house when we cook the paella.
We cook the paella over a wood fire, like is tradicional, with the highest quality ingredients in an outdoor space, around the vegetable garden.
We offer you local wines and products related with rice cooking, if you like it, you can take it as a souvenir.
