What To Expect

Visit one of the most traditional reindeer farms in Southern Lapland located on the lovely shores of a peaceful lake. The herders of this farm have been herding for 200 years. At the farm, you will meet reindeer and go on a sleigh trip. Your reindeer will take you on a peaceful sleigh trip where arctic nature shows all its silent beauty. With a bit of luck, you will be able to spot and enjoy the precious Northern Lights dancing over your head. After the trip, hot drinks and snacks are waiting for you in a wooden cottage within the farm. By the fire, the herders will tell you more about the Lappish way of life and reindeer husbandry. Reindeer herding is a very traditional activity in Lapland and they will be happy to share with you a bit of their lifestyle and passion.
