Auttikongas and Korouoma waterfalls summer hike

Auttiköngäs and Korouoma are two areas of Lapland every nature lover has to visit. This combo tour gives you the opportunity to visit both in one day! You will first head to the area of Auttiköngäs. Follow your guide on a hike through the ancient forest which is also called primary or virgin forest because of its age. Admire the impressive 16-meter high Auttiköngäs waterfall. Your guide will prepare some warm berry juice before heading to the next stop of the day.Korouoma is a million of years old valley. In the middle, you can find the Korouoma canyon with 100m tall walls, a breathtaking sight to see. As you walk through the canyon you can experience the unique and beautiful flora and fauna of the area.Enjoy a little campfire BBQ during the tour, or you will grab some traditional Finnish sandwiches if the fire restrictions don't allow open fire.
