What To Expect
Experience a half day snowmobile guided tour through the wilderness. In winter the arctic forests are covered in deep snow, inaccessible by foot. This journey will take you to the depths of the forests, to remote places beyond your imagination.As you travel, the untouched snow, the pine tree forests and the animal tracks all around will tell you the story of the winter of the North. On this adventure you’ll cover a good distance before you’ll find your way to a beautiful location in the middle of the wilderness.Your guide will show you how to prep and cook your own lunch wraps and brew coffee by the open fire. Important info
- Please meet your guide at the Apukka Resort sales office 40 minutes prior to your activity's scheduled starting time for your transfer. If you arrive at the Apukka resort with your own transfer, please come 15 minutes prior to your activity's scheduled starting time
- The driver of the snowmobile must be at least 18 years of age and in possession of a valid driver’s license in EU/Finland
- This activity is only available for adults and is not suitable for children under 14 years old
- Driving a snowmobile under the influence of alcohol or any other narcotics is prohibited by Finnish law
