What To Expect

This is a well-paced, walking and eating tour, a great way to get to know Bordeaux, with its wonderful fresh markets and restaurants, and of course, its world-famous wine. Discover the history of the Irish Wine Geese, fourteen wine Chateaux in Bordeaux which bear an Irish name, including Barton, Kirwan, Mc Carthy, Dillon and Clarke.
Wander through quirky streets and alleys savouring the best of Bordeaux products and wine. Our guides have years of experience in food tours, in Ireland and France. They have an uncanny knack for finding secrets, known only to the locals, and they are fluent in French and English.
