At the heart of the wine route, the Domaine Fahrer & Fils is home to independent winegrowers in organic agriculture who have been producing Alsace wines since 1932. Discover the winery and its history in an one-hour visite through the cellar, the underground tanks and the evolution of the winery until its 4th generation. Then, experience the magic of food and wine pairing with a tasting of 3 carefully selected wines paired with the foods that match them best!The domain partners with local businesses to offer you fresh products of the season. Enjoy a tasting plate with 3 appetizers : foie gras, smoked salmon and cheese.This visit is free for kids under 18 years old. Although this free ticket doesn’t include the tasting plate, there's another plate adapted for kids for an extra 5 €. This formula includes 3 appetizers, a glass of grape juice and a plate with foie gras, smoked salmon and cheese.
