Lunch - You'll taste a variety of Basque specialties, such as fresh fish/seafood, cured meats, tapas, sheep's milk cheese with quince paste, and Basque cake.. Coffee and/or Tea - One Espresso from a traditional coffee roaster at the final stop.. Soda/Pop - If you don't drink alcohol, you can get a soft drink at the 2 first place, then you can have water.
