• Our chauffeur will wait 60 minutes after landing time. If you dont show up after this time, and you did not notify us, we will release the chauffeur and the transfer will be a NO SHOW and fully charged. We monitor all the incoming flights, so we are updated with any delays or early arrivals.
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag.
• If there is a problem finding our chauffeur please contact the phone number showed in your Vaucher.
After receiving your luggage, our Driver will meet you in the Arrivals Hall with a sign by Lead traveler name
