Discover its most iconic places, legends, and secrets on a self-guided tour and take quizzes and challenges to unlock local surprises!Follow the instructions of the app and smoothly navigate in the old town. The tour is made to make you interact with the city, so you'll have to look up and observe your environment taking the challenges. Play together with up to 6 friends or family, answer questions and have fun with the challenges. Your answers will unlock 6 specially selected Alsatian surprises from the backpack! Those are iconic items of the region, decorative and gastronomic.The tour is totally flexible, take a break whenever and wherever you want (museums, restaurants, shopping...) or you can also spread the tour over several days.

Important info

Download the mobile app beforehand: search for "Hopla Guide Strasbourg" in the Apple Store or Google Play Store. You will receive the app password on the voucher after booking
Pick up your Hopla Guide backpack at the Strasbourg tourist office whenever you want during opening hours
Opening hours of the tourist office: every day from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm
Show your reservation email at the reception desk, at the left counter, to get your backpack. The tour starts right in front of the tourist office
Other group members can download the app, log in with the same email and use the app at the same time
Recommended number of participants per backpack purchased: from 1 to 6 persons (to share the 6 surprises). If you are more than 6, please consider ordering more backpacks. All group members can download the app
