We want to convert you into Cheese Geeks through an experience to (re)discover French cheeses in a laid-back, fun and educative atmosphere. Let’s meet in front of La Cheese Room, our tasting room in the hip Belleville neighborhood. We’ll start with fun workshops (meditation, blind tasting and others) to warm up our 5 senses et get to know all the cheese lovers around our nice table farm. And we’ll leave for a Tour de France of cheese-producing regions while tasting 6 farm-house made cheeses carefully paired with 6 beverages (wines, ciders, beers, juices, liquors…) and original spreads (jams, honeys and also coffee jellies, candied peppers…). You will learn a lot with our experts: from the making of the cheeses to their aging, historical anecdotes, geographical notions as well as cutting, serving and buying tips…all that with a fun and accessible speech.
