- Wheelchair users or those with any impairments requiring special assistance cannot be accommodated on this tour
- Arriving by metro: Take the metro to Bir Hakeim and follow signs to the Eiffel Tower. The meeting point is across the road from the tower, on the bridge. Cross to the carrousel and the meeting point is on the steps leading down to the river.
- Arriving by taxi: Ask the taxi driver to drop you at the Pont d’Iena, in front of the Eiffel Tower, by the carrousel.
- Please note that the tour of the Eiffel Tower is self-guided
- This tour operates with a maximum of 20 people
- Tour ends at the Eiffel Tower
- The boat cruise lasts one hour, and you're free to do this whenever you like, after the Eiffel Tower tour
- The boarding point for the river cruise will be clearly pointed out to you by your guide, as you walk past on the tour. Show your tickets at the window, and you'll benefit from skip the line access (you do not need to line up at the ticket window). There may be a short line to board the boat as you wait for it to dock
- Extra security measures: you may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues
- To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, it's strongly suggested that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour

Meeting Point
Please meet at the steps at the end of the Pont d’Iena (Iena Bridge) closest to the Eiffel Tower. The steps are by the carousel on the end of the Pont d'Iena, just in front of the Eiffel Tower (on the right when you are facing the tower from the bridge). At the end of the bridge, facing the Eiffel Tower from the Seine river, on the right side there is a carousel and stone steps leading down to the river. Your guide will be waiting for you on the steps, and will be holding a flag and a blue sign with the “City Wonders” logo for easy identification.
