What To Expect
Visit the world-famous Windsor Castle and enjoy a self-guided audio tour giving you the flexibility to explore the castle at your own pace. Walkthrough the castle the home to many English monarchs throughout history. Visit the State Apartments where you can see the exquisite tastes of Charles II and George IV (September to March only). Spot the French and English furniture and artworks of the Royal Collection. You will then make your way to St George Chapel where multiple monarchs are buried.Finally, you can see Queen Mary's Dolls' House built on a 1:12 scale with miniature replicas of furniture that can be found in the castle and a small Sherlock Holmes story written for the Doll House.

- Please note that you must go through an airport-style security check before entering the castle
- Keep in mind that your digital voucher has to be exchanged for paper tickets upon arrival
- Each tour has built-in maps, so there's no chance for you to get lost
- Interactive tours are filled with stories from local residents, audio guides, video clips, riddles, and augmented reality. Share the tour with friends and family - All members of your group can use the app to listen to the audio on their phones using the link. Note that you have to bring headphones with you to hear the audio guide
- After checkout, you will receive an SMS on your phone and/or an email with a link to the audio tour
- Please note that your smartphone voucher must be exchanged for paper tickets upon arrival
- In order to speed this process up and reduce queuing times, please carry as few bags and items with you as possible
- Windsor Castle is accessible for wheelchair and stroller but not suitable for pets
- Remember that the Semi-State Rooms are only available for visits between September to March
