Photo stop at Tarn Hows- This is a beautiful and peaceful setting with Mountains in the background. You may even see some of the famous Herdwick Sheep grazing.
You will then enjoy a deliciously British cream tea at Beatrix Potter’s family home, Lindeth Howe.
At the end of the day your guide will escort you to the train station for your return journey back to London.

Train seats are allocated on first come first serve basis & not guaranteed together.. Hill Top house is closed November to March so instead we pass Yew Tree Tarn, used in the film Miss Potter.. Hill Top House is closed on certain days throughout the year, on these dates the Best of the Lake District tour is available.. Hill Top house is closed on Fridays (excluding June-August).. The train journey is approximately 3.5 hours.. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 36 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
