What To Expect
This full-day tour includes ten of the famous lakes of the District, including Windermere, Rydal Water, Grasmere, Thirlmere, Derwent Water, Buttermere, Crummock Water, Bassenthwaite, Ullswater and Brothers Water. Departing from Windermere, you will have the chance to see some spectacular mountainous landscapes, as you travel over the famous Kirkstone and Honister mountain passes.Whilst traveling in a private coach, a professional guide will give you commentaries and share stories of the region as you enjoy the fantastic views. The tour offers plenty of opportunities to get out and take those memorable shots to share with your friends and family, as well as a one-hour stop for lunch in Keswick where there is a wide choice of pubs, cafes and restaurants.

- During this tour, you will have the option to walk up a few hundred meters to take in a view or point of interest
- Please wear appropriate clothing and comfortable footwear. It's also recommended to bring a light raincoat
- This tour is not suitable for children under the age of 5
- Every passenger must have their own seat
- The maximum group size on each tour is 16 people
- This tour is not suitable for dogs. Assistance dogs are welcome on this tour, please notify the tour operator in advance
- The vehicle can only carry collapsible wheelchairs and foldable pushchairs / strollers. Please note that this is available on a first come first serve basis, please contact the tour operator. Wheelchair users should know that there are at least 3 steps that customers are required to climb to board the vehicles
- The vehicle cannot carry large luggage, only small day sized backpacks, luggage storage is available at the Windermere Information Centre for an extra cost
