Meander through hidden Edinburgh with this food & drink tasting tour that allows you to sample local delicacies as well as giving you the opportunity to experiment with other tasty Scottish foods and drinks along the way.During this tour, you will explore off the beaten track and away from the touristy areas. You'll visit 2 artisan areas of Edinburgh where we will visit 4 over-the-counter eateries and sample some of Scotland's finest whisky, beer, and gin, as well as traditional culinary delights including haggis, neeps and tatties, Scottish tablet, cupcakes, and more. Your tour guide, Karly, is an Edinburgh native and a qualified historian with 10 years of teaching experience. She knows her city like the back of her hand. She lived in Spain for 6 years so taking family and friends back and forth from Spain to Scotland allowed her to share her passion for Edinburgh's culture, food, and drink.This tour was created to give visitors an authentic take on Edinburgh through the eyes of its locals whilst giving back to the community by providing custom to local independent eateries.
