What To Expect

Join us on a jam-packed journey in the Highlands and enjoy many iconic Scottish experiences in just one day. Our adventure begins at the legendary Loch Ness, where you will take a cruise and visit the ruins of Urquhart Castle for ideal monster spotting opportunities. After lunch in beautiful Beauly we have a Highland Whisky Experience where you can learn more about 'uisge beatha' (the 'water of life'). Learn the true story which inspired Outlander at Culloden Battlefield and attempt your own journey through the stones at Clava Cairns. We return to Inverness in the early evening.

The Loch Ness Cruise and Urquhart Castle are not suitable for individuals with mobility difficulty because of the steps to the dock and the steps to Urquhart ruins.
Please be advised that children under 5 years old may not take part in the tour, while anyone under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that people who have booked together will be seated together. We do not allocate seats.
It is very important to return to the coach on time at itinerary stops. Your guide will display the time that the bus departs on a clock that will be visible. Our coach cannot wait for you.

Whisky Dram Flights from £12 and Whisky Cocktails from £8. **Culloden Visitor Centre** On 16th April 1746, Culloden was the site of the last pitched battle fought on the British mainland. Through an interpretive exhibition and a visit to the battlefield itself, you can learn why this hour-long conflict changed Highland life and world history forever. With ongoing archaeological research and fresh historical interpretations, the story is far from over… More recently, the popular TV series *Outlander* has used the years prior to the Battle of Culloden as a backdrop.
