Please note that the train cannot wait for latecomers * Once you book, the ticket and seat are confirmed, the supplier will email your seat number and e-ticket * Please note only registered guide dogs are welcome onboard. No other pets are allowed * This ticket is for adults aged 16 years old and over, children under 16 years old are not permitted * You may bring your own food and drinks on board * Please note passengers are automatically seated on tables for 4 people so you may be seated with other passengers if you have less than 4 people in your party * There is no official dress code for our trains although if you are travelling in one of the dining classes, the custom is to dress smartly. However, we always recommend that you dress for your own comfort; temperatures can vary on the train, so it is advisable to wear layers that can be added or removed as required * This train is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair and mobility scooter passengers need to be aware that there are steps up to the vintage carriages which they will have to use. Wheelchairs and mobility scooters must be of the fold-up variety and will be stored in the guards van and cannot be used onboard the train. Please note wheelchairs are not provided * Passengers who wish to make their own way back to London may do so on a service train from Windsor & Eton Riverside on National Rail. Regular services (two services per hour at 23 minutes and 53 minutes past each hour) depart from Windsor & Eton Riverside back to London Waterloo and the journey time takes just under an hour. Return tickets can be purchased from the main ticket office at Windsor & Eton Riverside station on the day
