London of the Pocahontas

Pocahontas stayed in London only for one year and died at the age of 20. During her short life, she managed to introduce the New World to the London audience. Pocahontas was a Native American woman born around 1595. She was the daughter of the powerful Chief Powhatan, the ruler of the Powhatan tribal nation. She later married British colonist, John Rolfe and travelled to London in 1616. On this tour, you would see London through the eyes of Pocahontas, learn stories about 17th century Britain and its connection to the colonies.
