Public transportation options are available nearby. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Police and security will not allow you onto the pier without these and no refunds will be given if you do not have them on the night. Both can be shown on a mobile device.. Please arrive early and allow plenty of time to make your way to the pier.. Under 18s are not permitted on this cruise . Challenge 25 policy is in operation - if the venue think a visitor looks under 25, they must ask them for proof of age so we recommend to bring ID. Not suitable for wheelchairs.. No refunds for those who arrive late and miss the boat.. No food or drink to be taken on to the vessel.. Dress to impress - no trainers!. Please be aware that luggage and large bags of any type will not be allowed on the vessel.. We will do our best to provide customers with the best view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks. However, due to the high amount of traffic expected on the Thames, weather conditions and the changing tides, the positioning of the boat to the fireworks cannot be guaranteed. The captain’s decision will be final on the night, although rest assured that the on-board team will do their best to secure the best viewing spot.. Roads may close early in preparation for the fireworks display. Please check road closures on the Transport for London website before you travel.
