* All guide and assistance dogs, including fetch and carry dogs, mental health companion dogs and seizure-alert dogs are welcome without charge. However, they are not allowed on seats

* Boarding is based on a first come first served basis
* The ticket is valid for the 3 zones, West, Central and East
* Services run from early in the morning until late at night (6am - 11pm depending on the pier) 7 days a week. From key central London piers, boats depart every 10-20 minutes
* Children under 5 years old can board for free
