Ask the driver to drop you off on Petty Wales.. The nearest underground station is Tower Hill.. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes, as the tour involves walking and uneven surfaces.. The Tower of London is mostly an outdoor site, with only part of the tour taking place indoors.. Please wear warm clothing during the winter months.. This tour is suitable for children aged 5 and up. Younger children are welcome to join but may not actively participate.. Please be aware that the queue for the Crown Jewels can be long, especially during high season.. You will see the Crown Jewels, but guiding inside the Jewel House is not permitted.. Important: Tickets are pre-booked, but skip-the-line access is not available at the Tower of London.
