What To Expect
Be ready to explore Meteora and its monasteries during this small-group tour from Thessaloniki! Catch the train from Thessaloniki train station at 08.56 am direction Kalambaka. You'll arrive at Kalambaka train station at 12.05 am, where a minibus will be waiting for you with your tour leader.Take an amazing 5-hour Meteora tour, see all six monasteries from the outside and visit the interiors of 3 of them. Your tour leader will give you full attention and care as the group will be small and will be ready to answer all your questions about this magical place.After the tour, you'll be transferred back to Kalambaka train station. The train departs at 6.22 pm from Kalambaka and you'll arrive in Thessaloniki at 10.20 pm.

Important info
- Appropriate clothing is required to enter the monasteries. For ladies skirts by the knee or longer are required. No pants for ladies, no shorts, no sleeveless shirt. For men, sleeveless clothing and shorts over the knee are prohibited
- Please note that you'll travel by train from Thessaloniki on your own. Kindly be at Thessaloniki train station at least 30 min before the train departure (8.56 am). You'll have to change the train both during the journey to Kalambaka (waiting time about 20 min) and during your return trip to Thessaloniki (change at Palaiofarsala train station, waiting time about 40 min)

- Infants (0-3 age): free of charge
