Nestled at the foot of Mount Parnassos, Delphi was home to the most famous oracle of ancient Greece and was once considered the center of the world. Surrounded by stunning landscapes, it served as a cultural and religious hub for centuries.
We’ll start our day early, heading northwest from Athens. After a comfortable 2-hour drive, we’ll arrive at the archaeological site of Delphi. You’ll have plenty of time to explore the ancient ruins, visit the impressive temples, and discover fascinating artifacts in the museum. As you take in the grandeur of the site, you’ll experience the mystical energy that has drawn visitors for thousands of years.
Next, we’ll visit the charming mountain village of Arachova, known for its traditional character and scenic views.
In the afternoon, we’ll make our way back to Athens, bringing unforgettable memories from this remarkable journey.
