Step into an authentic Greek kitchen and cook your way through six unforgettable regional dishes in this intimate, 6-course cooking class hosted through Cozymeal in the quiet residential neighborhood of Vyronas, just a short ride from central Athens. This experience offers a true taste of Greek hospitality.
During the class, you’ll create:
- First course: bouyiourdi — bubbling baked feta with sun-ripened tomatoes and sweet-hot peppers
- Second course: earthy lentil salad (fakosalata) with marinated anchovies and fresh herbs
- Third course: lemony dolmades — fragrant vine leaves stuffed and rolled by hand
- Fourth course: golden spanakopita — layered delicate phyllo filled with fresh spinach
- Fifth course: youvetsi — beloved Greek orzo dish with sausage and seasonal vegetables
