If you have booked a transfer service, please note that your pick-up time may be different from the starting time of the experience.

In case the bus is late, please do not leave the meeting point, the delay is probably due to the fact that the previous visitor was not at the meeting point on time.

Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. The remainder of time is reserved for travel time. All passengers travelling need to carry a passport/ID & (travel permission in case of children travelling without a legal guardian). In case the required documents are not provided by the passenger or police authorities deny the entry at the passport control due to missing/or wrong travel permissions/or invalid travel documents, passengers will not be granted a refund for the tour and cannot be brought back to the hotel in the morning.
