What To Expect

T Partake in a sensational visit of a family estate and a traditional olive mill in Archanes. The owners will lead you to their production area and introduce you to extra virgin olive oil, from harvest to different ways to produce this traditional olive oil. This will be followed by olive oil sample tasting You will also have a chance to taste other local products.
Then you will have a guide tour in a new and dynamic boutique winery. Visit the facilities, from production area to bottling area, cellars. This will be followed by a wine tasting with a sample of 5 wines representing some of the most interesting local grapes varietals. Discover traditional Cretan cooking with a mezze bar visit for a real Cretan lunch. Prepare for several plates of cold and warm mezzes to be brought to your table to share. Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking. Vegetarian option is available; please advise at time of booking if required. Not wheelchair accessible. It is recommended that you bring a hat, sunscreen, and spending money for any external purchases. A maximum of 6 people per booking. Important: this tour is only available from North coast Heraklion area to Agios Nikolaos (Heraklion, Agia Pelagia, Gouves, Gournes, Kokkini Hani, Hersonnissos, Stalida, Analipsi, Anissaras, Malia, Sissi, Agios Nikolaos, Elounda,…). Near public transportation. Infant seats available. Most travelers can participate. Customers need to have their voucher (either by phone or printed on a paper) with them during the tour for tax reason. Pick up will be organized as much as possible at hotel reception. However it can happen for traffic reason (city town, no parking at hotel, one way roads, ... that we will provife a close to hotel meeting point with parking place. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
