What To Expect

Experience Croatian culinary traditions with a 3-course meal and complementary wine. The menu changes weekly based on seasonal foods and each course is matched with a generous pour of perfectly paired wine. As you dine, your host will introduce each bottle and answer questions and explain each pairing, offering tips on deciding which wines go well with certain foods. You will find out information on Croatian main wine regions, the types of grapes grown there, and the styles of wines they produce. You can choose between meat, fish, vegan and vegetarian meal. Be sure to count on a great time with the host and other participants at dinner/lunch.
