In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. Minimum age is 5 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult. One child aged 5-7 can sit between the parents free of charge in a double seater kayak.. Not wheelchair accessible. Children/minors aged 8-18 have a seat and are expected to paddle. Each child/minor must be accompanied by an adult. Kayaks are double seaters.. Service animals allowed. Near public transportation. Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship/delayed flight/bus/taxi, or similar. Refunds will not be provided in the event that individuals experience seasickness or find paddling physically demanding after the commencement of the tour. Our cancellation policy requires a notice of 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour. Please arrive 20 minutes before the advertised time! This is so you are in a kayak and off paddling BY the advertised time!. Not recommended for travelers with seasickness or non-swimmers. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
