In this interactive cooking class, you will learn how to prepare strukli, step by step; from phyllo dough, cheese filling until baking and tasting. Also, you will learn Croatian customs and traditions walking through Dolac market stands full of seasonal vegetables and fruits, cheeses, meat and fish. This cooking class is suitable for vegetarians who eat dairy products and eggs.
