Visitors who wish to get acquainted with the Budapest Jewish district and see Europe's largest synagogue are recommended to participate in this program to learn about the Hungarian Jewish history and the Hungarian Holocaust. The area covered by the walk used to be the Budapest Ghetto and is one of the today's cultural, commercial and entertainment centers of colorful multicultural Budapest.

Please respect the dress code: regular clothing is fine, shoulders must be covered. Clothing must reach the knee or covered before entering (cover available for purchase on the spot). Head cover for men is available upon entry.. Most travelers can participate. This experience requires good weather.
