What To Expect
Guwahati is an ancient city. It was earlier known as 'Pragjyotishpur' meaning the seat of astrological studies in the east. Tantric worship also propagated around the famous Kamakhya Temple which is an important shrine of the Shakti cult being one of the 51 Shakti Peeths in India. This tour takes one to four important and ancient Hindu temples in Guwahati.
