Get initiated into the techniques of yoga on the shores of the picturesque Lake Pichola in Udaipur. The 5 000 year old science of yoga is India’s gift to the world. In Sanskrit, the word ‘yoga’ is used to signify any form of union or connection. Yoga is all about synchronising the body with the mind and breath through various breathing exercises, postures (asanas) and meditation.

Important info
Not wheelchair accessible. Minimum age for the yoga session is 18 years.. A minimum of 2 people per booking is required.. Make sure that there is a gap of at least an hour between the yoga session and your last meal.. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Most travelers can participate. This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
