Not wheelchair accessible. Near public transportation. Most travelers can participate. Child seat booster for 4-10 year old available (add during checkout). The probability of seeing the Northern lights can vary and their visibility is dependent on cloud coverage and other weather factors. We always try our best to only go out if the same-day forecast predicts good visibility. Since forecasts are never a 100% guarantee and only a prediction, it can happen the Northern lights will not show. If so, you can always have a free re-run (pending availability) if you let us know and we'll then rebook you. If you join the tour, you will not get a refund. But you can join as many times as you want until you see them. We do our best to see the Northern Lights for you!. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 19 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
