What To Expect
South Coast Tour in summer is an unique opportunity to see the most exciting varied landscape of Southern Iceland and shows you places which are a nature lover’s dream in Iceland.Cascading waterfalls, lowland farmland, high sea cliffs, black lava sand beaches, volcanic rock formations, glaciers,rivers and charming little towns! It has it all.
This small-group tour features a tour guide, hotel pickup /drop off and transportation. Don't miss the chance to view the amazing waterfall Gljúfrabú (“one who lives in the canyon”) and beautiful Seljalandsfoss ,where you walk behind the waterfall itself. The tour also stop at Skógarfoss and that is one of the biggest waterfalls in the country .On the way back following the coastline and drive to the famous Black sand beach or Reynisfjara. Also stop a Dyrhólaey - a gigantic black arch of lava standing in the sea and one more amazing waterfall Urriðafoss located in the river Þjórsá in southwest Iceland.

Public transportation options are available nearby. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Child rate applies only when sharing with 2 paying adults. Child seats or boosters are available on request if advised at time of booking. A small amount of walking is involven. At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time. Minimum numbers apply (2 people min). There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.. Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.. The weather can be unpredictable. Remember to bring with you warm waterproof jacket and walking shoes depending on weather conditions.. All our buses are thoroughly disinfected every day and hand sanitizer is available during the tour

IMPORTANT: The pickup starts at 8:00am and usually takes place between 8:00 and 8:30am. So please be ready at 8:00 at your pickup location. Look for the silver Sprinter with our ,,Back to Iceland travel '' logo on it.
NOTE: Please note that Back to Iceland travel offers free pickup and drop off from hotels within Reykjavik. As buses are not allowed to drive in certain areas of Reykjavik center, your pick up may be from the nearest BUS STOP #. If you do not mark a hotel or BUS STOP# for pickup, the default pickup place is BUS STOP #8.
If your pick-up location is not on our pick-up list then we kindly ask you to locate the closest pick-up point( Hotel or BUS STOP #) to your accommodation from the map or list below and meet us there for your tour. One –two days before tour we will notify you of your exact pick up location and we will tell you all update info if need to know.
We do also pickups from the following BUS STOPS : #1, #3, #4, #5, #6, #8, #9, #12, #13 and #15 in Reykjavík,since some hotels are located within traffic restricted areas.
