Hike between two fjords

Start your tour by walking from Patreksfjörður to Tálknafjörður over an old road passing through the fjords, Patreksfjörður and Tálknafjörður. During the hike you will pass the towns of Litlidalur and Lambeyrarháls.Your guide will tell you about the history of the area, from the first sailors of the early days to the whaling stations like Lambeyrarháls Suðureyri. In this last place, your guide will show you a special place where it is believed that if you lay there to rest, you will dream about your future. At the end of the hike you will arrive in Tálknafjörður where a minivan will bring you back to Patreksfjörður.
