If you are a fishing enthusiast or a fish lover, this experience is made for you!
Discover the first and only freshwater fish smoking laboratory in the Aosta Valley.
Altura is a young company born in 2019 from the idea of two friends, Lorenzo and Edoardo, with the idea of enhancing the trout but today it is much more.
Near the historic center of Verrés, under a magnificent castle, at the foot of the Val d'Ayas, let yourself be enveloped by the scent of burning wood!

Important info
Not wheelchair accessible. Stroller accessible. Service animals allowed. Near public transportation. Infants must sit on laps. Most travelers can participate. Customers who have not reached the legal drinking age in Italy, i.e. 18, will not be served alcoholic beverages.. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
