What To Expect

The class will learn to cook three typical dishes of the Italian tradition, using professional tricks and techniques; it will be followed step by step by me as a professional chef but at the same time the atmosphere will be relaxed and pleasant. The recipe cards will be provided so it will be easy to replicate them at home with friends and relatives.

The lesson will take place in my cooking workshop, that is, in a real professional kitchen.

It is possible to have special menus in case of allergies, intolerances or special diets: please specify your request when booking

Important info

Not wheelchair accessible. Stroller accessible. Near public transportation. The laboratory is located on the street level. There are two shop windows with a red CHEF AND THE CITY sign. Ring bell of the main door. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 8 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
