From Milan: St. Moritz and Bernina Express Panoramic Carriages

Lenght of travel by train from St. Moritz to Tirano: approx 2 hours and 30 minutes. Lenght of travel by bus from Tirano to Milan : approx 2 hours and 30 minutes. Timings might change according to logistic needs or traffic conditions. IMPORTANT: During the winter season, the Bernina Express route may offer partially obscured or less visible panoramic views due to shorter daylight hours. Departing at 4:14 pm from St. Moritz and arriving at 6:39 pm in Tirano, the journey's timing may limit daylight scenery.. A current valid passport is required on the day of travel.
