Hosted through Cozymeal, this small-group 4-course cooking class in Milan is designed for just 8 guests. In a cozy studio setting, you’ll enjoy wine and limoncello as you create your own Italian menu, choosing from a variety of traditional pastas, sauces and desserts while learning authentic culinary techniques.
The menu you will prepare includes:
- First course: Aperitivo with Chianti-region salumi and cheeses, plus your choice of appetizer such as bruschetta, chickpea pie or crostini
- Second course: Three fresh pastas of your choice, including options like fettuccine, cavatelli, gnocchi or ravioli
- Third course: Sauce pairings such as butter and sage, amatriciana or beef ragù
- Dessert: Dessert of your choice, such as tiramisù, gelato or mascarpone cream
