You'll learn how to prepare dough, its fermentation, the topping, and some of the best tricks of cooking.You'll have fun choosing from delicious ingredients such as olives, mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, anchovies, local vegetables, Km 0 cold cuts, and alpine cheeses. Pick fresh basil, rosemary, and other aromatics directly from the garden to flavor your pizza! Test your skills and prepare your favorite pizza. The pizzas will be cooked in a high-temperature steel oven, selected from the many options on the market, and it will allow you – if you wish – to purchase one for yourself to re-create the experience you learned.Between one baking and the other, you can relax with a glass of wine or of beer in the kitchen or garden of a villa from the early 1900s in a village near the shores of Lake Maggiore. You'll also be accompanied by the live music of an accordion.

* Each group can consist of a maximum of 6 persons, including children
* You can reach the venue either by car or by train. The town is called Cittiglio, and it is one station away from Laveno-Mombello. The house is located 300 meters from the train station. If you are arriving by car, you can park on Via Battisti, just behind the house, or in the school parking lot, which is 50 meters away
* You don't need to bring anything. All the necessary cooking ingredients, utensils, and equipment will be provided for you
