It is the perfect tour for those who have only one day to visit the splendid Dolomites: you will travel in full “The Great Dolomites Road” from Bolzano to Cortina d’Ampezzo, with the best of the Western and Eastern Dolomites and all the most beautiful alpine lakes. A tour of about 10 hours that you will not forget very easily!You will start your journey from Bolzano, crossing the Elga Valley, and you will stop at Carezza Lake, the most beautiful lake of the western Dolomites, reaching then the Costalunga Pass, where you could see the historical Grand Hotel Carezza.Later you will reach Fassa Valley, passing through the towns of Vigo di Fassa and Canazei to arrive under the imposing peaks of the Sella Group. From there, your will reach the famous Pordoi Pass at an altitude of 2.239 meters (7.350 ft) above sea level. From the Pordoi Pass you will go down to the village of Arabba and continue east until we reach the Falzarego Pass the gateway to the eastern Dolomites, reaching Cortina d’Ampezzo, the 'Pearl of the Dolomites', and then the Misurina Lake, with the incredible panoramic view of the Three Peaks of Lavaredo. Later you will stop at Lake Dobbiaco, and in 20 minutes you will reach the famous Braies Lake. From Braies in an hour and 40 minutes you will return to Bolzano via the Pusteria Valley and then the Isarco Valley.
